In 1989 I had the opportunity to produce the covers for a four-issue limited series comic from First Publishing entitled Sensei. It told of the adventures of Tadashi Natori, a time-travelling martial artist who is trapped in both past and future, he must confront the injustice of the past while his actions risk altering the future.Indent: dot clear gif
I had fun experimenting with different media during the production of this series. This image is oil paint with highlights in oil pastel on artboard. The original painting is still in my possession.
