This painting was produced in 1984 and was intended to serve as the cover of Snowbrother, the first novel of a friend of mine, Steve Stirling. The image was based on the manuscript and input from the author. Unfortunately, though I was paid for my work, another image ended up on the cover of the book. This painting was eventually reproduced as the cover of Cryptych #4, a science fiction and fantasy magazine.Indent: dot clear gif
The painting is acrylic on artboard. The original painting is still in my possession.
